- 2 / 5By Jaria PriceCame for the buffet Mother's Day. One guy told us to "sit somewhere over there" and told is someone would be with us. Not a single server came and spoke to us. Just walked right past us with no acknowledgement. So the guy came back and gave us menus and took our drink order. Delivered them himself. No silverware so I asked another lady about that and she handed me some for my family and that was the end of customer service. We got buffet and the pizza was fresh. But no one cleared plates, asked how things were or offered any refills on drinks. The buffet ran out of plates and no one restocked. I have a family of six so imagine the pile of plates on the table. In the end Cassie asked us how things were and I told her about the horrible service and she applied a discount to the bill. And THAT was it. Not entirely sure we would go back even though I love the buffet I don't like giving money to people who seem to care less.July 24, 2016
